@DCGAMING54 When you're starting your flight and selecting the airport, you can select what runway you want to take off from. You can also select gates, cargo bays etc. To load passengers press SHIFT+E then press

CTRL+J. Hope it works : )

@Usafkyle Those front parts are called slats. But in any case 3 units is usually enough. Using an addon aircraft (PMDG) will have an fms that will calculate takeoff performance to include ramp weight, runway length, and so on. from those values you are given an optimal flap setting calculated by the computer.
