  • @RumNredbull - I haven't edited that clip, although I had considered it. I love that monologue - it really spoke to me. Maybe I'll look through the footage again and see if I feel brave enough to post it...

  • @ebucklesvision - Thank you very much! So appreciated!

  • you play good! we're supposed to play that at my school.... difficult cuz our teacher doesnt give any tips

  • Great pantomiming. Seriously, it looked so real.

  • george was really good, emily was too, but i didnt think the play was supposed to be very humorous

  • @JMB545 - the play shows the life of people in a small town at the turn of the century and becomes reflective and more somber in the third act; it is not necessarily meant to be so throughout the entire play. in the scene shown in this clip, it is when the main characters are teenagers and finally expressing their fondness for each other for the first time (not a sad moment). it wasn't played for laughs, but hopefully from a place of truth for those characters at that particular moment.

  • @JMB545 - and thanks for your comment!

  • Only one "Our town" I found that had a really good Emily! I am playing Emily in our school play and this really helped me out, thanks
