@aguirreruru this is a tutorial for xp. if you are with windows 7, vista or etc. it might be different. that's one of the options, another one is that the account you are trying to do it from isnt the administrator so you dont have the power to do so.

obv people need this are little slow no offence but a faster way to do this on vista press windows button when start menu comes up click ur user picture if u would like to remove a pass click that and to add a pass click add password then fill it out and u have a pass remember if u type pass in caps the pass will be in caps :) enjoy guys
