No its not a real baby. Its a plastic doll. I figured this out by watching this video 720 times. If you still cant figure it out then watch it several thousand times again and again. You will notice that its made of plastic.

That is the most well behaved baby I have seen. Did'nt cry or yell once during the whole vid. It didn't move much either. Are you sure thats a real baby?
