  • Fantastic!!! This Salad is so delicious and refreshing, i think mint would go well?

  • I love quinoa - i make it with some organic stock and it makes it taste really buttery! Mmmm!

  • I'm sorry but the maple syrup in this doesn't sound good at all...

  • It's also great as a breakfast porridge -- fresh milk, thinly sliced apples, cinnamon and honey. Delicious.

  • It was the food of the Incas, not the Aztecs. The Aztecs were from Mexico.

  • so cooking quinoa is kinda like cooking rice? you shouldn't add too much water?

  • 2 cups water to 1 cup quinoa typically. (just like rice). Be sure to rinse it first

  • I've never had quinoa, but I've been wanting to try it. Looks good!

  • it is delicious and super nutritious! :)

  • I love quinoa tabouli, thats really good too.

if quinoa is over cooked or heated up it ruins the taste and the looks.

  • I am SRSLY LOVING these vidoes!

    Hardcore yo!

  • It is so important to rinse your Quinoa prior to cooking. We also add a little dash of olive oil at the end to also give it a little flavor kick and to keep the kernels kind of individuated. Keep at it, the next time will be perfect!

  • I made a different quinoa recipe for dinner tonight and it was mush & tasted like dirt because I didn't rinse it enough! This recipe looks so much better!! :) Ah, next time....

  • I still call it kwin-oh-ah. Thanks for reminding me how to say it haha. Great recipe; I love quinoa! :]

  • Thanks, that looks like a nice summer dish!

  • I eat meat, I love meat, but I'm switching to vegetarian food for a while, see if I can keep it up. Though I won't avoid meat. Just eat far less. So, thanks for your suggestions...

  • making quinoa in a rice cooker .. is much easier.

i'm not vegan .. so i usually cook it with chicken stock.

it really is the best thing since sliced bread.

  • Quinoa is the plant that fueled the Incas and Mayans for centuries. It's so packed with protein and although cooks up like a pasta, it's truly a super food. You can also go savory or sweet with quinoa, using a little organic maple syrup, raisins and other fruits it makes a wonderful dessert or snack.

  • I never knew of this plant until this video. I never intend on going full vegan, but learning how to prepare foods that do not contain meat are very important since meat and animal products are best consumed in moderation. I love the versatility of this plant and will surely grow it when I start my own garden. Thanks again for another wonderful recipe.

  • Thank you! Nothing we enjoy more than making people hungry for healthy, organic and delicious foods prepared with love!

  • your videos make me so hungry!
