How To Setup Virtual DJ 6 With The Behringer DDM 4000

Hey Friend,

Have got ddm 4000 & 2 Cdj 400. The ddm mapper works with slides and fader on the mixer and can use the upper bass mid & Treble kill buttons to control effects on vdj. All is super but I have a conflict with cdj's vs the mixer. When I use the cdj's to set my cue point it simultaneously energizes the kill switches at random down in the fader section of the mixer. Any ideas how to get this to stop? Thank You !.

@ATHensDJ1 stop using the Midi Sport. just pulg in the cdj 400's with the Usb cables and use virtual DJ like that. watch my response video please =]

@djpowersxd hey man I have a question how to set up two 18 subwoofer from one out put,my problems is that I have a ddm4000 and there is three xlr out puts channel one and two there is one out put for a subwoofer I have try to set up one and it dosent work, maybe I have to set something in the mixer litle help please...

@retrodj1000 no sad to say. unless you just set up an external sound card then yeah you can use headphones

@DJSoloX yeah you need a soundcard in order to run your software and run the timecodes this mixes does not have a sound card in the mixer.

can I map my ddm 4000 so i can mix videos and control both the audio and video crossfade at the same time.

i want to be able to use my crossfade and cue through my headphones just as normal through my soundcard but also have it control the fade of the videos being played through vdj.

can this be done?

@Killacam91125 yes. you have to set your crossfader to midi on the DDM. but im not sure about the CUE and your soundcard
