The problem is, it's damaging other States, it's damaging the welfare of the country and the underprivileged. Overall, it's not good for most of the people. With our 'terrible' NHS in the UK we achieve much better than the US, and I doubt you'd find many who would argue that the NHS hasn't suffered greatly from government mismanagement (like they fuck up managing everything) and, although good now, we could be doing much better in the future with healthcare.

You're right, the burden of proof is on the one making the claim. But you only need to look around for it to be validated and know a thing or two about human behaviour. The US has moved steadily to the right and its people have bought into the program completely. Much as i dislike the Bible there is a quote that's particularly apt, "You have sold your birthrate for a mess of pottage." The words may not be exact but the sentiment fits the bill.

To top it off, highest in anti business regulations and fees as well as a top heavy government to boot. It was either Move to New Hampshire or go bust. Very true. Good video. And incidentally, the outcomes of medical intervention are very below par in the US. With our 'terrible' NHS in the UK we achieve much better than the US, and I doubt you'd find many who would argue that the NHS hasn't suffered greatly from government mismanagement (like they fuck up managing everything) and, although good now, we could be doing much better in the future with healthcare.

It would be unrealistic and naive to think corporations and government care about the little man. That to me seems to be the default mindset, while anything to the contrary would need to be proven.
