I don't know if it will work... Cause Canon Metal is played on a different key. But there's something that could be worked out, who knows.

Keys matter not, what matters is how you use them. I mean yes all keys do sound different but songs do not usually sound that different when the key is altered. To combine the two you would simply have to take the techniques, and notes of one and add it to the other. Now I know that would be a challenge but it is not impossible. Also on another note to combine them you could expand the scale you are using to include more notes so you could meld them without changing keys.
