@94medaman Actually, Rare does not own K Rool or any of the kremlings because when they started the series with Donkey Kong country (1994), Rare agreed that they would not have any rights to the characters at all since the game starred Donkey Kong which was made by nintendo. So basically if microsoft make a game with K Rool in it, they would be sued by nintendo because of copyright violation. Hope that will answer your question :)

K. rool looked so much better in this game than he did in any of the other games. He had a great theme, and he was just plain awesome. THIS is the way most villains should be like. Actually EVIL with a little humor added in. Not to mention I think they made Bowser too much of a softie nowadays. I mean seriously trying to take the mushroom kingdom through BASEBALL?! Come on! Nintendo seriously needs to make an actually evil Bowser

Both FPS. It may have lost it's taste to you because of nostalgia, but this genre's golden games are dumbed down mainly because of COD, not saying it is a bad game, but it has established the stereotypical fan base for this genre. That's true. I forget the specifics, but I read how screen grabs and such off an emulator aren't illegal if you actually purchased the product. If there was no purchase, then the activity is illegal.  Though, it does require something to prove an actual purchase was made before hand.
