LOL!!! Is called a Family Business.Nothing to do with International Bankers,The Fed or profiting Wars to maintain asses rubbed with "PETROLEUM JELLY". Is a LLC Co.The owners can protect their assets if the Business goes under bankruptcy. Can liquidate easier and cover creditors.The Family manage as partners or shares the Profits and Losses of the Business. More simple to manage taxes just need k-1s and the best way to assure Business trough generations and protect clients for a long term.
