Those grades don't relate that much to real performance. Urien always gets a poor grade -- a double-perfect might only get a B, even if you're RX. Makoto and Alex get lopsidedly high grades. The highest grade you can get is MSF -- I assume it means Master Street Fighter. Below that you have XS, SS++, SS, S. The only character I've achieved an MSF with is Alex, even though I'm primarily a Hugo/Urien player.

MSF and grades higher than SS are only applicable to playing Arcade mode. In Versus the max is SS. I think.

How does Necro get a grade of an S ????? That pretty odd to get a grade like that.Can someone explain that one to me????

S grades are above A grades. so it means mega rape. its funny that the only other S grade i can remember is another necro, sugiyama, mega raping a urien Ushi!? for SS.

I've added a link to the match-up chart from the RanBat in the description, you can clearly see there was more UK players along with French and Australian guys at the Quarter Finals. Shame they don't release QF footage with 3on3's.

actually I think it's moreso a matter of foreign players not quite stacking up to japanese players.. Hakim does a bit better in their other match though iirc.
