Personally al greens version is better as mr bubbles here has too high a voice for this, and it doesnt feel like he is singing it with soul. He sounds a little like frank sinatra and should stick to that sort of music.

it's a song created and played by Bee Gees. Al Green made a cover. but i can agree that He did a great job, and i like His version much better than the BG.

and about this version... it's so normal. when you listen to Al you feel the pain, the sorrow. it's very sad and touching. with Michael Buble it's just a song.
