hmmm,i see,too bad snk makes the game with so cheap charchters,a game is not supossed to be like that.

As you can see he is clearly beatable and far from cheap. Any game that comes out will have characters which are

"the best", it doesn't make them cheap or the game broken.  News flash, people have fun playing strong characters.
