This song is based off of a story, and in the story there was this little boy (a.k.a the monster) and he was never loved so he became very violent, and hurt alot of people. So one day he heard people talking about a women named Hannah (a.k.a his mom) that had a son and regreted having him. so when it says I am Hannahs regrets it is just repeating what he heard.
