Don't know, it sounds Tibetan to me. Lhoba didn't have much of a culture to begin with that they had to borrow heavily from Tibetan culture; therefore, high Lhoba culture IS Tibetan culture. The colloquial Lhoba culture, however, is quite different from Tibetan culture.
