@MrHotrod68 ease on the throttle slightly, ie, instead of keeping it at about 90-80% go down to 75-70%. If you fly cross wind you'll see the bead go across and you'll have to adjust using the rudders. You can never keep a perfectly linear flight when it's too turbulent but you should be able to keep a reasonably constant altitude and overall constant bearing. This should be also sorted by crabbing or putting some component of the plane's direction into the wind. Video coming up for you.
