looks a bit fragile... the tram lines coulnt be free in any city just cheep..they would break with that design, alot. the swimming area is unsafe and requires high maintanance for outside..if you wanted it like that with ducks etc wind at the moment is not a strong source of electrical income, noise not noice right... less power then. the roof top gardens... roots would break apart the roof and people would fal of from playing games or have vertigo or push people off.. not a thing to encourage.

Tram taxis need superstructures. Wind power in the rooftops it costs more, it needs more materials to strengthen the building structure. Fresh salmon near the city will polute the water. The rest is great
