any break rotors get a little rusty after few days. and once you start driving it again, hit the break few time they go back to nice and shiny. test it out leave your car in the rain and a day after without driving check the rotors if u can see them through the rims and check it out

Why so many asking why the rotors are rusted?  Touch the brakes once and it exposes bare metal. Leave that for awhile in the scrap yard and it rusts. Go to a new car dealership and check how many rotors are rusted. Almost all of em. And they have stuff covering them.
