Lol LEGO's are for 6 year olds? xD Maybe playing with them is pretty childish but animating is a hard job. Most of 20+ age people couldn't make that kind of animation. It's because the Joker whiched Rachiel's location with Harvey's so that Batman would save him instead of her so that the Joker could turn him into Two-face.

He did this not just to mess with Batman's head, but also to prove that even the best of people could be turned insane or evil. He was planning that Harvey would be mad at the corrupt police force and how he could not trust anybody with the joker around, but the joker never knew his whole face would be turned into a symbol, of how harvey made his decisions. His face being burned put him over the edge, and Joker's hospital visit finally gave harvey enough determination to get revenge on people.
