20 weeks is five months and that is too late too abort unless the fetus is so deformed it's birth would cause the death of his/herself and or the mother. if the mother and baby are healthy at 5 months pregnant there is no need to and it is wrong to do so.

I think the baby was likely better off dead........yeah it certainly is a cold way of looking at life but theres a good possibility that baby would of been just another street kid in the future,spending the next 30-40 yrs hating life and trying to figure out its past. Unborn babies are lives; abortion needs to be outlawed, and abortionists put in prison for 20 years each baby - no parole. It'd add up - say a back alley abortionist did just 2 abortions, that's likely the rest of his life right there. As for the mothers, offer them counseling and help them through the traumatic decision. Don't prosecute the mothers as severely - especially those that are only 13.
