@thejanglezclan i think ur confused.. saying 47 states would have been correct. I made this pretty clear in my comment but it should be clear anyway. He misspoke, like you said, he said 57 instead of 47. Nothing would have been incorrect in saying 47. He meant ive been to 47 states with 1 more to go. means he was planning on visiting lower 48 states which is why he specifically said tht i cant go to hawaii/alaska.. w/o those two states the total visited is 48. So 47 with 1 more to go is correct.
