It has the honesty of the early Lizzy work. It's Phil in an almost melancholic songwrite mode. Some of his solo stuff was absolutely fantastic and it's a real shame that he never got to make that third dolo album because it really would have bene somehting special.

I understand the anger at people giving it low ratings but I used to look up all the old doctor who episodes on youtube too but the high ratings attracted attention and the bbc had them taken off >:( fuckers

WMG can't touch this; hell I bet WMG didn't know this existed before I posted it...so it's going to be hard for them to claim copyright. The ratings being driven down had nothing to do with the recent purge on YouTube. I know who was behind it and that's no longer an issue.

It does suck about the Old Town vids though. WMG may own copyrights, but there's no reasonable alternative that's going to allow people to see this stuff. I guess they want this stuff to rot in a vault somewhere. Assholes.

Because when I initially posted it I had a few unwanted visitors attempt to drive down the rating. They weren't doing it because the song was bad either. I reenabled them now.

I've never heard those songs, nor do I have them. I do have "What's the Matter Baby", as well as another song from that same group that I'm going to not mention for the time being, because I want to keep it a surprise.

Oh, I'm posting them. "What's the Matter Baby" is going up next and that's also staying up this time. I personally regret taking them down at all. I took them down with the hopes that certain people would stop spewing filth about me, but they haven't quit, and frankly I've had enough of letting them get away with it. I'm saving the other song for #300. As far as my detractors are concerned, they can take a flying leap. They might run a fan-site but they aren't fans...and they can quote me on it.
