  • How the heck did she get the easiest (first space) number wrong?! it's amazing she got all the other four numbers right , she should have easily gotten all 5 of them right the first time. $35,915 for a Chevy Cobalt? LOL,you've gotta be kidding me!

  • @ir10031981 hmm i wonder what the right number would be....i bet chevy is saying thanks

  • (Cover Up) this is the same music they play in Make Your Move and Check Game, it's been used since the early '90s as far as I know.

  • That's my mom! Yay!!

  • Why did the show start telling us to keep our pet population down?

  • "It's a new... KAHHHH!"

  • its funny how america has so many game shows with a TON of money and stuff to give away and instead of using that money for entertainment that money could help the economy. really america?

  • "What do we have to for Tiresa today?"

    "It's a new CAAAAHHHHHHHHH!"

    Impressive ^^

  • Lol it looks like not only the contestants but the host is also haaving loads of fun hosting the show...!

  • it's a new KAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!

  • How did she do that. At first the audience hepls her out, Second she has the last 4 #'s right on her 1st try and finally she won the car

  • I want this in Holland :(

  • Too easy to win a car these days O_o

  • 4 numbers on the first try thats increditable and bob barker would say "Oh! Beautiful! Beautiful!"

  • hehe yeah

  • y would she pick the three??? o and what a huge surprise "it's aaaaaaaaa new car!"

    didn't see that one comin'

  • LOL 35 grand for a Chevrolet Cobalt? It obvious this lady has never bought a car. She needed it. Hope she knows how to drive a manual.

  • Because this game has an element of strategy that most people don't use. You only need 1 number right to keep going. IMO, it makes sense to try to intentionally get the first # wrong if you have confident another number is right. You'll get more guesses. The absolutely worst thing that can happen is that you get four #s right in your first guess, but the wrong number is the last number. It becomes all luck at that point.

  • She usually steals them. Ha ha, I'm cruel. I also like how they didn't mention how old she was when she started having kids. Probably when she was 14 or something.

  • ITS A NEW CAAAAAAAAAAAA...

I hate the lack of an R!

  • =)) this shit makes me laugh so hard =)))

  • This is a very smart strategy. You see, if she has fewer than four numbers right, she pretty much has a guaranteed third try to get the price of the car correct.

In this lady's case, it paid off since it was a given what the wrong number was supposed to be.

  • wiat...WHAT?!

  • lol

  • Another prayer has been answered on Cover Up! Another car winner!

  • I just wish more contestants would think outside the box and employ this strategy of purposely getting the first or second number wrong so a third round of guessing is assured. Instead most seem to want to correctly get the price of the car on the first try. It's just not necessary. As long as there is just one correct number, the game continues. Now think of this scenario, what if the contestant got the first 4 numbers correct on the first try? There's only 1 chance to get the last number!

  • Exactly, it's a little risky if you don't get any right, but no strategy is without it's risks. In her case, it paid off, big time.

  • Apparently you don't know strategy. Your the stupid one.

  • Yeah, Thats a very smart comment to leave. Get a brain.

  • THAT WAS AWESOME!

  • BEAT THAT AUDIENCE!

i HATE it when they boo them for placing the "wrong" numbers because all too often they get one less chance! the contestants also believe they have one shot and one shot only, so they try to match it outright! the audience believes it too, such that they practically FORCE the contestant to do so.

  • @quadrupleplay I don't blame you. When I watched The Price Is Right, it confused me why the contestant would not strategically get one number right and intentionally aim for the wrong numbers on the others. I know I would've been strategic on the show. My massive knowledge of the show would've blocked off the audience.

  • Played correctly, she had about a 13% chance of winning.. but after 3 rounds! winning the way she did is really a very very remote possibility.

  • Something is strange here. This game is supposed to be won by the process of eliminating possibilities and getting more chances.

in the worst cases, for each successive round the odds are 1/720 1/120 1/24 1/6 1/2 1/1

She essentially got it on the FIRST round since the first number should have been a "given"

I think someone offstage shouted out the right numbers and she heard the first one wrong. The right numbers on the cars are picked way too accurately too often for it to luck

  • Assuming she knows anything about cars, and assuming she intentionally choose the first number wrong as a strategy, it is not likely for a Colbalt (or any TPIR car) to be 10 or 13k, so the 5 was almost a given. It is also very common for car prices on TPIR to end in 5, resulting in another likely first choice, since there was no 0 or 9 for the last digit. That increases the odds of her getting the others greatly; Also, #s that "look" good are more often right than the odds would predict.

  • I like the way she dances. She's cute!

  • HOLY CRAP!!!

  • Drew has definately improved a lot since starting in October...Oh, and an awesome win too.
