First, if you knew anything about what the theory of gravity is, you would know why it was a theory. It is not as simple as he makes it look.

Second, there are theories, such as string theory, that have very, very, very, little, if any evidence.

haha I'm all for finding faults and contradictions in different beliefs and all but when you defined the scientific version of theory, you included "laws and proven facts" which (even in the scientific version) is completely contrary to the very definition of THEORY. If you look at the scientific terminology (which you obviously seem to know little of), it goes from Hypothesis (an educated guess), theory (a group of HYPOTHESES that have undergone a many scientific tests), then law, THEN fact...
