This scared my little sister when she was little. Because of the scary voice. It looks like a parody of the V of doom. Also the voice is like a voice of a girl ghost lol! But I really like this one when I was little. :)
I first saw this one in an episode about Elmo's attempt to change the letter of the day from O to E (he eventually worked out a compromise, of course). What weird memories one clip can bring back...
