HOW TO CREATE AN ADMINISTRATOR ACCOUNT USING CMD

YOU NEED TO HAVE USER RIGHTS IN ORDER FOR THIS TO EVEN WORK EINSTEIN. If the accounts people are using don't have those rights (which is likely), this WILL NOT WORK.

Dunno if you still answer comments for this video but i have a question.... I'm trying to update one of my games and its saying i don't have enough room on my SSD and to free up some space... But everytime i try to delete a program it says i need to be an admin... However my account is an admin account, and i made a second one just to try it on that one and still nothing.

@deicidejan I'm using windows 7 ultimate. And i'm trying to uninstall the Microsoft games that came with my comp like hearts, solitaire, etc. But none of them are in the control panel/uninstall screen

just use the control panel no need for cmd. not to mention to do it with cmd you need to be on an administrator account so this is just a waste of time...

Re-Boot computer and put in Safe Mode

Follow direction on the video

NOTE: When finished, reboot back into normal

NOTE2: Safe Mode turns off internet connection

To delete Admin just go to Start then run, and type- control userpasswords2. From there you can add, remove, or change passwords.

i had the same problem you have to run cmd as an admin by right clicking cmd and "run as administrator"
