Ha Ha NO. PM me your firmware version and I'll try to find a HEN version for your firmware, then you wont need signing, because HEN is temporary CFW. If you shut off your PSP (not sleep mode; I mean SHUT OFF PSP) HEN will no longer be running and then you will have to re enable it! If you use the HEN version for your model and firmware, there is virtually no chance of trading your Black or White PSP for a red brick!

I think youre just better off hacking it though. Themes, emus, ect. But no this will need to be either hacked or signed.

If you download the TN-homebrew enabler you can run psx ,homebrew, cso, and iso files on your psp even if it has OFW the only downside is that you have to activate it every time you turn on your psp. sorry I couldnt find the link to it in my history.
