This is ridiculous. The maker of this video is clearly trying to distort the actual backdrop. When Obama said he didn't have all the facts, he was referring to the question of whether or not Prof. Gates arrest was racially motivated. That is entirely different from determining whether or not arresting a man who has proven he is in his own home is stupid or not. Clearly, it wasn't a wise thing to do because that DA didn't pursue the case. Arresting a man who's clearly at home is stupid.
