@leon34384 Lasers are temperature sensitive so there is nothing to fix. Keep your laser in your inner pocket to keep it warm when you are not using it outside.

@STKhero The Hulk is a well rounded laser with good burning ability, beam visibility and range. The 1 watt Spartan laser is a power laser with extreme burning ability, great visibility and limited range.
@STKhero the reason why theese are really expensive is because its green. from my own knowladge there are no 200mW green laser diodes, there is only upto 50mW and they cost ALOT most people buy lower power green diode and push its limits but feeding more current to get desired ouput power, THATS why its more expensive.. but on the other hand. there IS a wider power range of blue diodes so it costs less if you know what i mean if you want raw power go for 1W blue, for visibilty go for green :)

@jettssolo i agree... It doesn't have to be banned, I'm just saying that the only reason for people buy it would be to do dumb stuff, like I did with my friend's . It's really cool to point buildings 4 miles away and planes in the sky, and etc.. technical applications?? come on...

@gugarmy Agreed. If you were using it for technical shit, you'd just buy a diode. I bought the Spyder III to do stupid shit with. After reading about their reputation (what I should have done in the first place), it seems I will have to do battle with their customer service if I ever want to actually receive it. Seems like it'll be worth it, though.

@NitroxideHS Yep, thats why high-power lasers should be banned in every country. If these are easily available, there will be always some idiotic jackasses/kids who point these at airplanes or at peoples eyes.
There has been reports of laserpointing to airplanes in Sweden and Finland. And also in Finland reports of kids pointing laser to past driving car driver.

@dragonlasers so is this laser better than the spartan or what? because in my mind more cost = better product, but the spartan is technically a better product... the way i think of it is like you can pay $100,000 for a car that goes 130mph or you can pay $250,000 for a car that goes 100mph... which is why i find this strange, oh and both cars are identical except for engine, color, and wheels.

@STKhero The Hulk is a well rounded laser with good burning ability, beam visibility and range. The 1 watt Spartan laser is a power laser with extreme burning ability, great visibility and limited range.

@STKhero the reason why theese are really expensive is because its green. from my own knowladge there are no 200mW green laser diodes, there is only upto 50mW and they cost ALOT most people buy lower power green diode and push its limits but feeding more current to get desired ouput power, THATS why its more expensive.. but on the other hand. there IS a wider power range of blue diodes so it costs less if you know what i mean if you want raw power go for 1W blue, for visibilty go for green :)
