  • why the need is two parts ?unnecessary.

  • @hghway I think it's because the car is too high, so when it's in the garage and you open the liftgate (if it wasn't split) it would hit the ceiling. They had to split it for clearance issues.. I think the Volvo XC90 has this split for the same reason.

  • @scaremengaviation ok but, then why audi Q7 doesnt has split parts. I dont think it is because of the ceiling issues. if it was because of height, Q7 has to be split parts too. also Q7 is not a small car.

  • @hghway Dunno, that's just what I think. I know for a fact that's why the XC90's trunk is split. Maybe this way it's more functional to the user of the car. Like how the Yukon has a normal trunk, but the Tahoe has a split side-opening trunk. As far as the Q7, I still don't know. Maybe Audi didn't think about ceiling clearance. My parents used to have a GL450, and that thing would always hit the lip of our garage door. It probably wouldn't if it had the split thing. =/

  • wow,who would said that... a BMW X5, brand new, and with a backlight failure! wtf

  • @rickyguti yeah why is it like that? :(

  • @TJPewter maybe electrics? My dad takes me every eatser sunday and i think that is the last day of the auto show.
