JP, putting more toe off the board helped, If YOU want to know the trick to getting the perfect 360 shuv part done with out jumping super high and with less energy??

Practice doing impossibles with your back foot while your other is off the board. If you try and flip the board around your foot, you can get a quicker and faster 360 out of the way. I use to jump about 2 foot forward and 1 foot to the side to land, now i can 360 flip in place.

Equal distributed pressure on both sides i like to say 180 180 360 use the same amount of pressure on both side and it will turn correctyl it took me like a year to truely learn them i started trying to make them rotate more than a vkflip then i learned exactly where to place my feet after trying them over and over in myarea i got them down now can do them all the time:)

im pretty sure the only reason that Tony Hawk's tre flips dont look that nice is because he probably learnt them in his 20s or something. After your teen years it aint easy anymore to learn shit and develop upon it's style. Trust me, learning a new trick after you've passed the age of 18 is not easy. When you're 14, its easy as shit to perfect a trick within a month after landing it for the first time. After 20, it can take up to 6 months.
