You know, Obie's album cheers came out in the middle of 50's GetRichOrDieTrying craze and Eminems 8 mile and Encore albums so I think by Average Man he means he's the one whos isnt going over the top, but being laid back, and he realizes that. Plus his album is titled Cheers, probably because he celebrating his label partners selling over 300 mil combined, and it doesnt really matter how much he sells, the good music is what mattered
