Don't really know either but i'm going to guess that it means "Pathetic!", "Real weak!" or something along those lines. I'm basing this on the fact that it ends with "ヨワス" which is kinda close to "弱い" (please correct me if i'm wrong.) You also forgot to translate:

But the cheetahmen theme fits better to Syobon Action since both games are pretty difficult and mean (although cheetahmen is only mean because it's fucking buggy) and Phoenix Wright is neither difficult nor me... well, it can be a bit mean from time to time. But it hasn't got anything to do with Syobon Action OR Cheetahmen.
