I once was a soldier. From another country, I saw one of them die, another one lose both his legs. Another one couldn't resist the pressure and chose to give up. We all shared that sorrow, the commitment, the love for a "so-called" freedom. The longing of a better place for future generations. I know there was a soldier, on the other side, willing to kill us - fighting for a cause, but that wasn't his cause, it was only a political cause. His real cause was the same as mine: peace.

Well I guess you are right if you are talking from the people's view. But the decision on whether an army is good or bad does not from perspective, it comes from whether or not it's goal and mission is in accord with the natural and, most importantly, God's Law.
