LOL! I remember my friend went on the Haunted Mansion, and the ride had techincal diffculties. At the part where he was at the graveyard (Next to the crying dog), the cart suddenly stop, and everyone had to leave the ride.
Normally, the hag is on our side and the queen is on the other side of the mirror. However, they were probably fixing the effect and just decided to put the regular queen on our side as a temporary setup.
@omcgh i worked at disneyworld in orlando. the way they do the queen is there is the old hag just turned around. on the other side of the mirror they have a queen somehow with an optical illusion it gives you the effect she is looking in the mirror right befor the witch turns around.
the witch is double sides yeah but this is weird the back side is suppposed to be the backside of the beautiful one and the ugly one was on the normal side it was just ment to look like the beautiful one was looking at the mirror but when she turned around the mirror would go blank and she would be ugly, you can check other ride videos of snow white to see exactly what i mean but this witch is weird because there was never supposed to be a side with the beautiful witches face :S just her back
Exactly! That's why im confused.... Maybe there is a figure behind the mirror and they moved the double sided one out and put this witch in her place.
Yeah, that's wierd, supposedly the queen reflected on the mirror, is just a projected image, and the back part of the queen is real, so when it turns the front part reveals the queen. But this is real magic, since I can't think of a way this happened. And as Masked020 said, "That's going to be a big mistake when she arrives saying she's an old peddler woman!" lol!
I guess disney might have taken away the ugly witch for repain or something so during the time they just put out the queen, which is suppose to be on the other side of the mirror, in the front as a substitude.
Lol she's meant to first have her back to us and we only see her reflection in the mirror as the queen, but she is meant to suddenly turn around and we see her as the hag up close! I think... or it might be the other way round!! :D
Wait---isn't the Queen supposed to be the "reflection" in the mirror,and the figure that stands before it the Witch,who reveals her appearance by stooping over/spinning around?
I don't think it's "broken",but something was definitely wrong here!
Even when shes still in a evil queen version that still scary.
