It's not a painting - it's a photograph from the BBC. They did a little 'send in your own photos on the theme of blue' and this was one of them. I can't remember who took it, but it should be in the Pictures part of the BBC news site. Isn't it beautiful?

This is on my top 50 list of all-time favorite songs. I am surprised that it remains obscure. It's beautiful and true. To love is wonderful, but to love someone who loves you just as much is such a mind-boggling mystery. Life seems perfect when that happens, and it happens so rarely. I love that this expresses the love that MEN feel for women, how they are mystified by true love, how they feel peace and gratitude. Not many songs have that message.
