I think what happens is that the guy inside the cubicle quickly 'slaps' the light tee shirt on his chest and it's just sort of held there (i.e. he isn't actually wearing it, but it's staying in position on his chest because of the jacket and the friction between it and the blue one).

Under the dark shirt he has the same tshirt as was on the hanger. He just rips the dark one straight off to reveal the other one underneath (and drops the other one off the hanger). You can see at 1:13 he tries to straigten the grey one cos it looks all tugged to one side after he done it.

He has another one with a black collar on underneath. If you watch closely at 0:42 - 0:44 look at the gap of the door hinges of the room he's about to go into. There is quite clearly a guy in there wearing a white tshirt that tears the dark shirt off to reveal the white one underneath. You can actually see the guys face if you replay it a couple of times.

I aint got a clue how he changed so fast but he wore the tshirt over the first one and he didnt stuff it in the jacket because when he gets out of the changing room he pulls the tshirt down and if he wasnt wearing it that would of came straight off, that is just my view of what i saw if yoi dont agree........
