Absolutely agree. AJ remains popular because people rightfully recognize that besides Kurt Angle, he is the best all around talent that TNA has. AJ made a name for himself out of sheer athleticism, even when he was very poor on the mic and didn't have much in the way of a character. Now that he has improved, TNA holds him back. It does not make sense. TNA is so out of it when it comes to booking. Now that Mantel is gone and hopefully Russo to follow shortly, maybe there is a glimmer of hope.
