how would a universal healthcare system help this? what needs to happen is regulations, and then for each patient to have a radiation marker tab tagged to them while getting the CT scan. After the scan, they can take that to an indepdnent lab, like Qwest, and test it for the amount of radiation. I dont't trust any facility to follow a procedure so i want a way to test it in my own after the fact. Knwoing I can do that might make the follow protocols.
