adams v city of pocatello stated that while in idaho, you may have a constitutional right to drive a motor vehicle, that right is still subject to REASONABLE REGULATION (I.E. meeting minimal safety requirements like getting a license).

other states, im sure, have ruled the same.

@whyyoumadlol DRIVING must be licensed, traveling does not need any kind of license as it is not illegal to do without. You must pay attention to the wording used because definitions are very important in law. Driving and traveling in a automobile are not one in the same at all times.

4 general conversation. Ever notice 'insurance co's ? "how many miles per week (or whatever) is the 'vehicle' used for 'work'?" Not always the case. Maybe some1 with more knowledge than I can draw a parallel to this and the premise of this video ie an egregious attempt by the kkorts to draw the average person into the 'commercial contract'.

P.S. I was SHOCKED by the 'driver license compact' between the states- all identical (federal) didn't used to be this way, prior to 2001 or thereabouts.

I called the Court Clerk of the AZ Supreme Court and this is what she told me, you must take the fallowing steeps in order to appeal to the Supreme Courts....(To appeal cases and the steps:) NOTE: these are Courts in AZ.

1 Maricopa (or you county) superior 602 506 3730

2 Court of appeals 602 542 4821

3 AZ Supreme 602 452 3396

I am doing all of my homework in order to better and further argue my point on the rights to travel. bro i dig your informative vids. Quick question tho, have you ever misinterpreted a law because the legal definition is differant than the common usage definition? Just curious cause i once got into an argument with my lawyer about my understanding of a particular law (of course she was right) but when those basturds use "legal" definitions it completely changes the meaning of that law.Iif you dont know this they can use it either way to make you guilty of it as they see fit.

@jjezman This is why you look at what you're being charged with and look up all of the words as defined in any local sections of code, and assess definitions for the entire code (def. sections are always at the beginning of a section, and the beginning of a code). And always check with Black's law. You can cover your bases that way. And never trust a damned lawyer. They are a spy for the other side. They're all BAR members including the judge, but you aren't and you pay their meal tickets.
