now ive driven many trucks before... and without a doubt, i can honestly say that the tundra is a better built truck, now im not taking sides, Ford, Dodge, Chevy, Isuzu, GMC, and any others, they all build strong and sturdy trucks, but do know that the Toyota truck and its engine/drivetrain can and will out last any other truck.

Did u know semis use trapezoidal frames?? did u know f series hd's,, uses open c trapezoidal frames...so does the silverado hd's. It allows for more lateral and horizontal strength when towing. The only bad thing about the tundra is the bed hop when not loaded and riding in ruff surface. 350 is a small block smart one. 348 is the only Big block that was a small displacer.

How is the ride? I have heard nothing good about the Tundra, I mean it looks great and has a lot of power but the frame isn't boxed so it has a lot of flex, enough to twist the tailgate. The 2009 Dodge 1500 is going to be the best truck out there.
