there is a mountain of information, yes, but very little of it can actually be backed up with hard evidence. just because the bin laden group (which is a huge company and not connected to osama) was investing in carlyle, that does not mean anything. plus, tons of companies have former government employees working for them, just look at goldman sachs, mckinsey, etc..
