I have a et-4 150cc and the top speed that I make one time was 130 km/h just a question of time and a very large way.haha

yeah man and your TZ will go bang! GTS will keep on going. A lot of scooter riders have big bikes too , so theres no need to go super fast on a scooter is there?

well thats really slow 140 my tzr can do 140 with 50cc

Lets see 140kph would be about 85mph. Does your Vespa have a rev. limiter that cuts in at that speed? My 250GTS starts bouncing off the limiter at that speed.
