O and one more thing I went to 4 different family doctors for this and they all said they don't know what's wrong and gave me antibiotics and I went to one ear nose and throat doctor told him my symptoms and he looked down my throat and said u have gerd because my tonsils some how lol it sounds weird but he explained it to me and it maid sence but I forgot what he said I just know it makes since lol so if u think u have gerd don't go to a family doc go to a specialist only

I get heartburn just about every night, been on a course of omeprazole that got rid of it but now it's back. Was getting pain under my sternum after meals also, just misery. ant acids don't cure it.

i always wake up in the mornings with heartburn and the only medicine ive found that works is called omeprazole its the genaric to prilosec but ive tried zantac, tums prilosec and they havent worked on me and now they got a new medicine out called zegred or something like that

how about prolesic for heart burn heartburn we can avoid this by means of not to smoke , not to drink alcohol and not eat fatty acids and not to drink caffeine and dont snack before bed but theres what we called proton pump inhibitor a new kind of prescription drug that cuts down on acidproduction and if you have heartburn its called a gastroesophageal reflux
