Granted, it's not "wow!" footage. It looks like a decorative street light--albeit with a heavy halo (don't know if that's the camera's fault). Also--video compression hardly helps. But if this was a fake, it wouldn't even be worth the effort trying to convince anyone it is anything. Unimpressive is the word for most UFO photos and video. Inconclusive too.

Yep... I think that if you point some distant light and zoom in, the camera would not be capable to focus it. Then the "noise" that emerge in the end could be simply the dust on the lenses or something like. And again, the shape of the light could be determined by the shutter's iris-blades (works great with distant/strong lights).
