i used to work out for 3 months now i stpped training from 1 month ... can i just start to workout with drop sets or i need to work out for a few days and then go to drop sets? another question im slim ..66 kilos.180 cm is it ok to use drop sets ?

@SKEEZIN08 unfortunately the best chest workout out there is good old bench press, but tbh when you get to a stage where you've built up a decent amount of muscle with resistance bands and push-ups etc. it is a good idea to invest in a small home weights set with a bench and some dumbells and a barbell anyway, it gives you an opportunity to train harder and progress further. if you feel like it of course, especially if your goal is gaining mass. there is nothing better than compound exercises

@idiotwitanail I'm not brandon, but both will do the trick. You have to test and experiment what works for you. I suggest the Pyramid method. It consists of low weight-high rep, to heavy weight-low rep.
Example:Biceps- My routine, with barbell
8reps of 40 lbs
6reps of 50 lbs
4reps of 60 lbs
2 reps of 70 lbs
If you do this every other day for 2 weeks, you'll notice a substantial amount of gain in strength, which will allow you to build muscle quicker.
@Burton5577 Yes, and it often depends on if yu right or left handed. If your right handed you probably have a little bit bigger right side. Totaly normal

@1337zuboN I parkour, which is an awesome way to do cardio, and its so fun! you should start, I'm in my mid teens and do it, so you dont need to be too young, or too old to do it, just start off small, use youtube to help you with learning rolls and flips, then take it all by yourself after, also his workouts help a lot to get in shape for it.
i do it like that too :D it's great. I bought those resistances band after i saw you use it. you can stand on all 3 bands at the same time. Gives you less pause between every time you drop wight.

drop sets are for buliding lean muscle yes it helps u get back into working out if u have not in a while but it doesnt promote muscle growth.
