We use Tens units in physical therapy to re-train muscles ... it isn't a constant current of electricity...it pulses (at whatever time you set it for) :)

Or we use it for pain management. either one :)

@hospitalcakewalk It was kinda painful, strange feeling. It was kind of like eating chalk that dissolves into a yogurt like texture. Nope, not cold :)

Seems so strange. Is it at least chilled? Heheh stuck to your teeth. I might try it, Im curious about the texture. I bet that granola IS good! I love granola..my fav is with little choc chips. (Of corse its got to be more fattenin!) :p

@AnnyaMoon I was surprised at how strong it was! Nope, its not chilled, it is dry/room temp and like a chalk. The granola was so good!

I'm so happy you enjoyed the ice cream and the granola bars! In fact, I have to make some more tonight to have for our dessert with tomorrow's lunch. I haven't perfected getting the hardness vs chewiness right yet. We like either way. I'll message you the recipe!

@stargazerly20 He is always so interested in what we are doing :) Its a tens unit and it has sticky pads that you put on and it sends shocks into your muscles. We do send stuff out when we can, we do have a few people that have sent stuff to us that we would like to send back :)

When I did the shock collar the worst part was cramping my muscles.

That crunchy ice cream didn't sound good. I liked the chocolate space food we had back in the '60s and Tang.
