I couldn't believe it was the MAN..I thought it was a scam.
Wow...Al Hirt is so awesome! Even in his mid 60's, he is fantastic. I love the tone he gets from his trumpet. On the other hand, I have to say that I laugh whenever I hear Maynerd Ferguson play. Thanks a lot for the posting!!

WOW! Reminds me of my old Bourbon Street days at the Al Hirt Club in New Orleans. The music was always great!

Al Hirt is almost unknown in the UK. When I went to the US the first time I made a point of bringing back some of his records.
