They haven't taken down the Sailor Moon theme! Maybe because on iTunes, they have a "bootleg" CD with the theme, or DiC lost the liscense (maybe the latter). Also, the Timon and Pumbaa theme wasn't on any CD, however, Yummy Yummy Yummy, and Alone Together (the insert song in Once Upon a Timon) on a Disney CD called Jungle Boogie. WMG doesn't own the Timon and Pumbaa theme, so that's great!
They actually released Hakuna Matata (the theme to Timon and Pumbaa) on a ToonTunes CD. But it's ironic that they also haven't taken down the Animaniacs theme (I think it's because of the DVD sets, or WMG supports their fans by letting it be kept on YouTube. but they did take down the themes to Baby Huey and The Alvin Show. A bigger example of something WMG hasn't taken down is the Rugrats theme song, because of The 90's Are All That.
Regretably, dude. WMG does not own the themes of both Ducktales and Chip 'n' Dale Rescue Rangers, Disney does. So if you ask me, WMG committed copyright infringement, not the user who posted the themes. I don't care if those themes were on Toon Tunes, WMG doesn't own the themes. You dig?
Question, couldn't you put a theme song in its place that is not copyright, CNDRR and DuckTales should be allowed to be posted. I have VHS of the Andy griffith show and they have a different theme in its place because the whistling theme is on a soundtrack as well.
