No wonder my dog couldn't catch any butterflies, I was spinning them the wrong way!!! He is so much better than I am and he is only 10 months old. I'm 47!!!!
It is like anything you just have to get out there and practice. Today I was not wanting to practice a new throw and well I was glad I tried it a bunch now I am a lot more confident with it. What THrow? Oh you know I cannot share that I am working on a couple of new throws. LOL

I am a small skinny person and when I do a back stall my dog gets so excited he jumps so high over me, he is not even close. But he clears my back very well. Thanks, Lisa
Ok, I loved watching the video, but I really still do not think I will be able to do a butterfly throw. When you flip it do you rotate your wrist upward or downward? Your dogs are great! I really want to do frisbee with my dog, but I am awful at throwing. I really need to take a throwing seminar! Thank you for sharing your expertise! 5*s
